Yeah, i know i'm off the deep end.
I've made a gallon of jalapeno wine http://winemaking.jackkeller.net/reques32.asp and it's surprisingly tasty (still ageing, but shows promise).
Has anyone considered a jalapeno brandy? I imagine the distillate will retain the flavor (it's a strong flavor), I just wonder if it will be worth trying?
