How to control the SG

I'm planing to make a simple sugar wash.

I will use 12 gallon of water
16 lb of sugar
2tsp of citric acid
2tsp of DAP
2tsp of Gypsum
A pinch of Epson salt
Yeast K1-v1118

The SG should be 1.070 - 1.080
PH 4.0 - 3.8

My question is, how can you control the SG values to go up and down?
What do you do when the SG is 1.094, what do you add?
What do you do when the SG is 1.064, what do you add?

of course the end result with the hydrometer should be 0.999 - 0.960

This is just an example to see what you would do in this situation.

Thank you.

the SG is for the most part the measurement of sugar, more sugar higher SG ,less sugar lower SG..
with slight variation for unfermentables..so if it is to high you add water.to low add more sugar.
you could figure this out i guess,as .005=13 grams in 1 ltr.
