Spent years cookin lobstas up here in Maine. Figured it's time to start cookin some corn. BTW a side benefit of cookin corn, doesn't pinch. (ouch!) Great site. Wealth of knowledge here. Look forward to partisapating with ya all.

:lolno: 620rossco, your right. I should have said I'm lookin for a different type of bite. Not too harsh, with a pail after taste of smoke instead of salt.

Welcome to HD, I love the seafood we catch on the west coast but it would be nice to have a place to catch lobster as well. Is it bad to want it all?
