How much time have you spent reading at the Parent site? (link along top of your page)
And searching for answers to these questions in the forum?
I ask because these are very basic and fundamental questions, the answers which will not be spoon-fed to you.
Most all here would highly recommend taking the time to read further and discover a lot of the answers you seek on your own. It will take more time, but the answers will make more sense. And it will make you a better and safer distiller.
If you simply want quick corn likker -- go to the package store.

Welcome aboard.
A corn whiskey is a good starting point. And the UJSSM is the best recipe around. What do you plan to use for a still head? If you haven't built something I would suggest Samohon's pot still plan. It's a pdf download that can be found in either of the plans and diagrams threads. Good pot still to make a good corn whiskey.
Good luck be safe take your time.

Gunner one of the main reasons you should do your own reading and research to answer your own question, Is that in the search for your answer you will find a ton of information that you didn't even know you needed to know.
Happy Hobbying!!!

Certainly didn't mean to sound like a jerk in the previous post.
Just that when you are able to start reading, learning and synthesizing information from the very beginning you will be a much better and safer distiller. And it really is just darn interesting stuff to read about.
Please never hesitate to ask questions generated during your reading that is not easily answered by the Parent site.
