Just wanted to say hi for my first post and throw out some background info. I've been at the hobby of distilling for about 12 years now got interested in university chemistry. I have loads of experience with distillation and fermentation and a fair bit with agar and bacteria culture techniques as well as mycology I mostly make whisky and rum as well as the odd batch of fruit wine.
Look forward to popping in once in a while and contributing.

I play around a little with mono culturing wild yeast and bacteria. I'm not an expert but I get by. I'd be nice if you would stop by now and then, this part of the hobby gets a little lonely.
