SO I thought as a culture experience as we are all from different places, tell us about where ya live and what ya do, some interesting stuff about your town, go as detailed as you want


... guess I will start

Invercargill has a population of 55,000
it is a farming town mainly so alot of dairy (nz does 33% of the worlds dairy and most of that is done in the south island)
we are the biggest binge drinking town in nz
we are the most tattood city in NZ as well
Takes 5 minutes to get from one side of the town to the other (no traffic!!)
alot of hunting and fishing around, you can drive 10 minutes out of town and shoot some rabbits, about an hour for dear
average temperature is about 10-13c (50f- 54f)
not much sun, alot of raIn

Seeing as NZ is about the only place on the planet where home distiling is legal, it would be fine to talk about where we all hail from....but for the rest of us we are a bit more circumspect about that kind if thing...you know kind of don't ask don't tell....some places in the world some pretty nasty things can be done to those who practice this "black art" so of now all I am saying is I come from the west coast of Canada north of the 49th parallel and we have a lot of Big trees and wilderness in my back yard.

The rain is just starting BD....but not quite enough to get those shrooms popping...call for a big dump this weekend.

Here's a little something about my town without getting to detailed.

I went down town in the afternoon to get a beer and maybe a chess game. As I'm walking walking 3 guys pull up in front of the bar. Looked like they where on a pretty long run, they had their vespas loaded down pretty heavy. The funny part about this is it didn't even occur to me that it was a really strange site until later on. With all the weird stuff that goes on in my town this seemed pretty normal.

Heck I think I counted at least 15 old school buses belching black smoke, heading north yesterday for err seasonal work, and most of them had save the planet or something of the like painted on them.

We have folks here that live in stumps, I'm not kidding.

Not crimping the barbs on you fishing hooks properly is a misdemeanor, getting caught with less then an ounce of pot is a $106 citation.

I think I live in wonderland.

I live in the city of sin most people come here to party. most people think what happens here stays here just ask OJ, but herpes has other plans.
