I am getting ready to run 20 gallons of white rum my pot holds about 13 gallons, after i run the first 13 gallons could i just add the other 7 gallons to the pot or should i get rid of the backset and start over with the other 7 gallons, i am going to do a spirit run after i run all the mash, any help would be great.
