Condenser cooling water temperature

Hello Mentors.
Thank you for taking the time to help us novices!
I could have sworn this topic was on this forum yesterday and now I cant find it.
Its the question about what temp your cooling water must be to avoid alcohol shock.
What is alcohol shock and when will I know that it is happening with my distillate?
My worm is mounted in a 25 liter plastic bucket in which I put water and large ice blocks.
