Hi all
Just started distilling using75kg of dextrose and 8 packets of turbo yeast...anyone got any alternatives to turbo yeast? tried uvotherm...didnt really go...any suggestions for alternatives to turbo yeast or nutrients i can add to another yeast to get it firing?

Probably should have put in a bit more detail
with 75kg of dextrose I fill to 200l with water mix @30deg then add in turbo yeast 8 pakets...
I then put in my 30L reflux still and get about 4-5L of spirit
can you point me to a recipe using just dextrose and yeast and whatever nutrients...the packet of turbo yeast says it has nutrients and bentonite...not sure why bentonite?
