i have a gallon of 40 ABV low wines and a pot still that is 3 gallons, should a dilute my low wines to 20 ABV and do a spirit run or should i wait until a have a little more low wines and make a spirit run of 30 ABV.

For me, a larger run is easier to gauge the cuts properly on. Strip another gallon then a slow spirit run of them mixed.
I'm going to try a renewable grain based lifestyle. Beer and whiskey count don't they?

It is fine to run at 40% so I think I would wait until I have more and combine them then run them.
If you are not living on the "Edge", then you are taking up too much space!!!
