Taste and Smell

Post by Firestorm34 »

I have done several runs of UJSSM and i am just curious on how it is suppose to taste and smell. I know there are factors that cause taste and smell to change. But the few runs that i have made the smell and taste has been that close of that of tequila.

Thanks.

Some people say that. Your cut will have a big influence on that. As well...it doesn't look, smell, or taste like "whiskey" till you age it on burnt oak.

If it tastes like teq. then you are probably not removing your heads.
If you are not living on the "Edge", then you are taking up too much space!!!
