My android tablet at work couldn't get past the internet filter. I was finally able to get through by putting https:// in front of the address...

https://homedistiller.org/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" rel="nofollow

Click "proceed anyway" and your in until they block that route.
That got me back in here. Very happy.
