Home circuit safety question

I have a 15 gallon boiler on the way soon with two NPT's built into it. I'll be putting two internal heating elements in it and I plan on using two 20 amp RSC's to control each one. The wattage of the heating elements is still up in the air because I'm between advice and what I've been reading. It seems that if I get a larger 220v 5000w element I might have to think about adding a heat sink onto the RSC (I can build computers, so I know heatsinks). But someone told me they can get 10 gallons to go in about 55 minutes with two 2000w elements.... But That's another question.

What I'm concerened about with this post is making sure I don't short anything out in my house or do any electrical damage.
The only info that I can found on my outdoor box to my sub panel says "intterupt rating 10000 amps" (on a little sticker on the the sub panel switch)

I just looked at my indoor breaker which I guess is the sub panel.. Each one says "Ka 10" and "120/220 V" I don't see anything about Amp ratings on them I've read that you don't want to run two on the same circuit. My house is about 12 years old. I'm guessing that if I look at the circuit breaker, I'll want to probably run an appropriate sized extension cord from a plug that is controlled by a separate switch / breaker for the 2nd heating element. Is that correct? I'm trying to make sure I do this as safely as possible and electronics is not my forte, so this is the part I have to be extra cautious about. (and yes I will have two fire extinguishers at the ready when I finally run it)

So, do I run an extension cord from, say another part of the house or can I plug them both in at the same light socket or a socket in the same room? I cannot figure out how to determine what the amp rating is on each circuit. I do have a a deep freeze, fridge, AC/heater all running constantly as well.

Thank you very much for your time.
