Hi everybody - well I screwed up by not making this my first post, so my apologies to the nice folks who run this forum. I'm not sure what to post here, except I lived in Saudi Arabia for 6 years and made booze out of necessity (couldn't buy it). I was always fascinated with the process so I recently built a vapor management still out of a beer keg and a 4" copper column. I've already found a lot of useful information on the forum - nice bunch of folks who have obviously learned a lot over the years.

If my still runs properly (still tweaking), I can get about 185 - 190 proof in a 4-5 hour run. I envy the folks who make better stuff. It might be that I'm running my still a little hot - don't know.

Anyway - here I am - a little late to the welcome center.
