got interested in this hobby some time ago , spent last couple months reading and trying to get some information built up, a month ago i built my first still. im on my 5th batch of mash now and have come along way so far. im running a 7 3/4gl keg with 5gl batches so far on a basic pot still, every question ive had ive been able to answer so far with a little research on the forum. thanks to a great site. im amazed how much there is to this science, im hoping to learn a lot more in the near future.
thanks in advance for the info im about to get as i have a few questions ill be posting in the correct locations. watch for some pictures ill be posting in first time runs
