Does anyone have a recomendation on a good corn whiskey or simple whiskey yeast type or brand?
I understand that a no or low ester producing yeast is best for distilling. There also seems to be a problem with the turbo yeast?
I am sorry if this has been a subject many times but I can't seem to find an answer to this on older post.

if you tried a quick search you would find a multitude of posts for this exact same question. all answered very well

you looking for real corn whiskey or sugar head?
most use bread/bakers yeast.but a beer/wine yeast can be used.

think its time for me to take a break away from here
