Speeding isn't probably cause, so I guess this "still" was out in the open.

They say they charged him with "illegal possession of prohibited liquor," which leads me to believe they found more than just the "still" and some grain.

Anyway, I'm willing to bet they didn't find a still (despite the pictures), but parts to a still.

He could probably get off if he gets a decent lawyer.

But I do love the sensational use of "Moonshine Bust" is the headline. This kid was a clear danger to the community and now the county sleeps safe knowing this kid didn't get away with it.

I am so glad they got him off the streets instead of one of the rapists or murderers I feel so much safer.

This bust was close to home...my wife knows the guy.

The only thing I would have busted him for, was using a plastic cooler for a thumper!
