Hello all...
Quick question about storage after stripping run. I am kinda new I have stripped about 40 gal. Sugar wash so far. I add the potassium carb to get my ph. Its getting to the point where i cant store in mason jars any more because of the quantity,i want store it for a week or so before the final spirit run. Should i store it in a carboy or do i need to find a large shallow dish to put it in so the quality improves?Turbo yeast washes by the way....... cant wait to use all that up....... and move to wineos plain ole

Store your stripped product in glass or stainless, no plastic. Gallon wine jugs work well.

Edit, posting while Dnder was. Yea he's of course right about the high abv in glass, dilute to 40%...

Sorry, but I'm scratching my head on this one. Do you want it at 40% in glass for safety reasons? I'm going to learn something new today which I'm grateful for.
