AG Wash question

Hellow all. My question is after my wash is done working and i strain off the liquid into new milk jugs.How long will it keep in the jugs until i can make a run/batch? I work 6 days a week 12 hrs a day.If my wash is finished and juged on a Tuesday.Will it be ok to run on Sunday . THANKS AGIAN

Dangerous proposition. AG washes have a decent bacterial count since the mash never got heated to pasteurize temp. You could keep the bugs at bay by putting the jugs in the fridge. or, you could bring the strained off wash up to 170, then let it cool and store it in sterilized jugs. Should keep plenty long time then, just like aging a beer. Months even ;)

If you are looking a less then a week. I wouldn't do anything. Leave it alone. And rack it when your ready to run it. Don't heat it.
