OK I've read the section on using potatoes. The articles are very vague.
The first article by David Reid seems the most complete. Questions that you may be able to answer. In step 1 you cook the spuds, are they in water? are they peeled?
Does anyone have a step by step guide to using potatoes? I haven't seen a book that talks in detail regarding using potatoes.
I'm trying to shave down the learning curve before I use all my spuds up.
