nice just up the state a little from me might make it a little easier to get something done around here

How is it that anyone can open a distillery without first illegally distilling in order to know you have a good product/method?.

There are several distilling schools available here in the US that potential legal distillers could attend... But, then again, there are several different businesses that you either need to go through trial by fire or have previous experience with, like working for someone else before venturing out on your own...
