Apple Pie Shelf Life?

So with all the hype and excitement about Apple Pie Shine recently, I decided to mix up a batch of my own with some of my sweet feed shine. I found a recipe that i liked here http://homedistiller.org/forum/viewtopi ... =11&t=6924, posted by Dnderhead a while back. Whipped up a batch today with no problems and it smells and takes great so far. My question is how long can I store the Apple Pie Shine without drinking it? I am mixing the Apple Mixture and 50%abv Shine equal parts of each into quart jars, which leads me to believe the end result is 25%abv or 50 proof. Should I put the jars in the fridge to store them or is it safe to leave them in to cupboard? Also how long (ballpark) should I keep them before they go bad. Thanks for the help guys- Chuck
