subject: I Need Recipes!!!

Ok, I've been distilling for EI8HT months now. I've biult three stills. One small one gallon pot still, one big internal reflux, and one big valved reflux. I'm still (no pun intended) getting the hang of the big ones.

My problem is; I don't have any realy good recipes. I've made allot of whiskey, some brandy and of course shine. Some turned out good, and some turned out bad. But aside from the 10 or so batches of whiskey, shine and brandy I dont realy know what else to make. If anyone has anything they wouldnt mind sharing, I would appreciate it very much!

15 gallons water 30 lb brown suger 1/2 gallon molesses 1. 14 oz can tomato paste . 3/4 0z yeast
