How Long Can You Store A Fruit Wash?

I have a pot still on order and I am currently running an internal reflux still that me and some friends constructed. My fruit wash just finished up after thirty days and was wondering how long I can keep it until this pot still arrives, which the website states could be two more weeks. From what I have heard on this site and other information I have researched, an internal reflux still will strip the flavors from my fruit wash. So the question is? Should I wait until the pot still arrives? Or should I run it through my internal reflux still and risk the chance of losing those flavors that have worked for 30 days?
