Ok guys what would be a good first time batch of mash/wash to make? Any recommendations for a recipe for a straight shine? Maybe I'm asking this question all wrong but I'm trying to learn. I just want something that I can make that isn't difficult yet, make something that doesn't taste like garbage if I do it right, but something that helps me learn what I'm doing.
