Very interesting, I was wondering how it goes with stainless since there is no shielding gas.

"Though this medium cannot completely replace the absolutely inert gas (for example, argon), it makes it possible to successfully weld most jobs where a non-oxidizing or protective atmosphere is necessary."

Looks like a good bit of kit......

Definitely an interesting find new moon! I'd like to actually get a look at the stainless weld after completion though, they kind of just end the video :) Almost seems too good to be true for stainless; I guess i could see some vapor from the alc and water providing protection... I just wonder how much oxidation really ends up taking place without argon flooding the area (not to mention backing gas for the other side of the weld  ). Those doubts aside, I'd still love to play with one for a few hours :D

"For about $2,000.00". I know it's supposed to replace plasma cutters and welders, as well as eliminate the need for shielding gas, but it's pricey in my opinion.
