Mixing Paddle/Spoon?

Post by Johnben »

I am in the market for a new mixing paddle for a keggle, I am guessing stainless but i would like to be able to fit the paddle or spoon into a carboy also, what do you guys use for paddles or spoons? length/with, standard keg is 23 3/8" tall...so im guessing 30-48?

this might sound like a bad question but the last one i had i burnt the piss out of my fingers many of times

If you can't find a spoon that fits inside the carboy some folks have turned it upside down and stirred with the handle in the carboy.

I hand make wooden spoons big enough to stir the biggest cooking pots and render attitude adjustments to obnoxious children . Never considered trying to fit a spoon into a carboy . Bushman has a very valid suggestion that I like .
If you ain't the lead dog in the team , the scenery never changes . Ga Flatwoods made my avatar and I want to thank him for that .
Don't drink water , fish fornicate in it .
