Best recipe for strongest corn taste?

Hello,
I am new to distilling.
My mother is 70 yrs old and grew up in the backwoods of Louisiana.
She said the current moonshine out there (Georgia Moon, etc.) doesn't have enough of the corn taste for her.
If I distill some for her, what would be the best recipe to get the strongest corn flavor?
I have access to large quantities of pretty much any type of corn product including feed corn.
If it could be made with corn syrup, or even meal that would be better since it would skip the malting/smashing step.
Basically, the easier the better.
I would be Pot distilling it.

P.S. Yeah. I was raised in the city, but Moms old school.
When I got out of Basic Training on leave after rating Expert with an M16, we went to the range. She could still out shoot me.
