what are you fermenting in?

first off i want to say i am not afraid of some work, that being said.

i am on mash number 3 for me. i am using nchoochs burbon recipe.. this is my first all grain attempt. so i am fermenting in a 6 gal glass carboy. getting all the grain in the jug was anything but easy... so i am wondering if there is a trick to this that im missing.... i got it all in there but the opening to the bottle is so dam small.... any thoughts....?
