I've been out for a while but jumping back in.
I'm having trouble getting conversion of my corn. The ? Is does enzymes have a shelf life? It's been in a plastic bag in a room temp cabinet for a little over a year. The guy at the brew shop says it should be good but I trust you guys more than him.
