The wind here is so crazy right now it knocked out power to my jobsite and a couple blocks around it. They shut it down so i have the day off. At first i was gonna go duck hunting but it was to late for that so now i am doing a long overdue feints run. Then start a good bourbon mash.

Sounds like a great day off, it's just breakin day here where I'm at and it's goin to be a banner fall day. Might go home and run the still myself, enjoy.

Kinda nice having those feints stored up for an occasion like this. Have fun

She is about to start bubblin right now. Unexpected days off by yourself are nice.

That sucks but on the bright side it could be worse your creek could have crocs and piranha's in it.

It was a good feints run but from now on im just gonna save very late heads and very early tails. Its just not worth it to me any more to try and save it all.

there comes a point where thats an easy decision, expecially when burning propane. Its jsut not worth the time and fuel to collect the worst thats in the boiler.

Wind must be howling all up and down the Pacific Coast. At my home yesterday they had sustained winds of 30 mph with gusts up to 45! Looks like I will go home from the condo with a lot of leaf blowing and branches to pick up.

Days like this are good to be all electric and an inside place to do it as long as you have power
