Passionfruit Brandy
I tried this again without adding any yeast nutrient and it came out beautiful! Six pounds passionfruit pulp, one gallon distilled water, 2 lbs sugar, 1/2 cup malt powder, and 2 oz yeast. Run came out at 80 ABV and has a very definite and pleasing passionfruit flavor. I got 2 quarts, one which I'm aging with burnt oak and the other I'm drinking as I write this!
