Connecting to a SS Stock Pot Lid

I've been looking at the Column Connection Options post in the wiki :http://homedistiller.org/wiki/index.php/Column_Connection_Options

But most options seem to assume that you're using a keg, however the buddy I'm making the still with has a brewing set-up built around the size of his stock pots so I'm converting one of them into a pot still....but I'm also planning on using a ferulle triclamp connection before the head so I can explore a column still later with the same boiler.

To the point, any easy ways to join 2"copper pipe to a SS stock pot lid not in the wiki?
