I could not see this recipe on the list, so I hope you don't mind adding it.
Coffee Liqueur
Get a 700 ml bottle of Vodka or white spirits (Smirnoff is a good one). 300 ml of sweetened condensed milk, the same type you use to make caramel tarts. Also instant coffee powder and white sugar.
Now put 100 ml of Vodka into a clear bowl or jug, add 6 heaped teaspoons of white sugar. And stir until completely clear of any granules of sugar, then add 2 heaped teaspoons of instant Coffee. Again stir until all the granules are completely gone. You now should have a dark brown slightly syrupy liquid. Now add 300 ml of sweeten condensed milk and 100 ml of Vodka, stir until the liquid is evenly mixed. And then top up the entire mixture to 700 ml with Vodka, again mix well. Pour into a clean sealable bottle and let it stand for 24 hours before consuming. Now that is a straight Coffee Liqueur but if you wish to make an Irish Coffee Liqueur, just add a full nip of Scotch or Irish Whisky. Before toping up to 700 ml with Vodka.
This Liqueur can be consumed on it own or a nip in a glass of cold milk or on a cold night, in worm milk as a hot toddy. Either way please enjoy the making and drinking of this Liqueur, also store in a cool place or in a refrigerator.
Cheers Gray
