Here's a pic or two of an example of rad's concentric apt. Rig in 2" copper with a12" extender. Pic taken as it finishes up its first real run.
And the product as delivered at around 65 F.

Are you having any leak issues between the PVC water jacket and the ss?

Yes it is a 2" PVC Irrigation pipe compression joint. It is too big for my 2" copper condenser head, so I've had to make bushings for the compression gaskets to ride on.
Please note that the plastic is totally on the outside of the vapor path, and never in contact with the vapor or product. It is strictly a cooling jacket outside of the condenser head for a little extra knockdown.
I made the bushings by getting a sheet of the rubber gasket like material from the plumbers section, I think I used the thinner of the two choices, (Sorry I forget the thickness). I was able to cut them into strips with angled ends so that they have a "scarf" like seam. I held them in place and reinforced with a few winds of ptfe thread tape. Then I could position the gaskets from the compression joint over my bushings, and scrunch them down on it.
It took a bit of fussing, but the seal is good now. At one point I had a bit of thin vinyl tubing between the copper an the PVC body to act as a turbulator, but it was abandoned in the last bit of fussing. I did not notice a loss of cooling.
