Cloudy problem when diluting

Ran thru some 6.5% cider thru the potstill twice taking 150ml cuts (on 20 litres) on both first and second runs, ended up with some second run thru stuff, ranging from 73% down to 40%.

When I diluted (with mineral water) the 73% stuff down to 40% I noticed the temp rise (as expected) but then it also went cloudy. the original 73% stuff was clear as a bell.

Any ideas anyone - what happened, how to fix ?
