Here I go chargin up my still. Perfectly good oak aged whiskey in front of me... 6th or so generation sour mash burnin and bored. I grab a coke inbetween cuts and decide to drink a lil heads. Went well first drink and the next one was a disaster and i puked everywhere. Now my pallet is screwed and im worried bout my cuts... lesson learned haha

Collect in small jars. And make your cuts later. Instead of trying to make them off the still.

Don't know why anyone would want to drink some heads?

Well I was bored and didnt wanna crack into my aged whiskey cuz its not done yet. Boredom killed me and yes I am doing that in smaller jars. i brushed my teeth and drank some water and my pallet is back so im good! just had to share my story with the community lol

and btw i did crack into some of the whiskey i have in my barrels =))

just about to the hearts now... why couldnt i wait another hour for a drink... haha hope you all got a good laugh like i did

Runnin' a still and drinkin' at the same time?!

Not a very good combination, if you ask me. ...but, to each his own I suppose. Just be careful, and think about maybe keeping the two activities separate.

Soggy you gotta remember them mtn boys aint always the crispest cookies in the container LOL! No matter what state they from! He should have wanted a taste rather than a drink! Damn it GMM that put you right up alongside the wineos I give my pints of heads off each run too! Want me to start saving them for you?
