Is there a Cooper near you?

I'm working through the 2nd cycle with a couple of my 3 gallon oak barrels, and the whiskeys still taste good, but the color feature is weak. These need to be re-charred, and my son has a couple that will be coming through the end of their 2nd cycle, with the same problem. They make good whiskey, but need to be re-charred.

I've thought about doing it myself, but live in a high-rise, and don't actually have the tools, nor the skills.

I'm looking for a cooperage willing to re-char my barrels. Is there a cooper you know near you that might consider doing the work? I am willing to pay shipping both ways and a reasonable fee for the work.

PM me if you know someone who might be willing to help.
