What's the planned product? Neutral or something flavored?

I thought it was computer generated at first with the flat background. Are you goin with caps or sieve or what? The 2" columb has been done before with substandard results.

Why not Brendan

. Rod, no planed product, just something I've wanted to build for a long time. Love miniature stuff, like the miniature v8 dragsters that people do, dunno.if you've seen them. Pfshine, it's not 2", read up, sieve plates.

I more meant you won't see much

But I get where you're coming from, will look cool.
Might be able to use a 2L bottle as a cooling water recirculating tank!
You can collect in shot glasses and air your 30ml cuts out!
Seriously though, good luck with it mate...I'd be really keen to see a video when it's running

Why not. Keep the pics coming and a video or two won't hurt my feelings.

. I can see in the sight glass hole pretty good Brendan, just whether I can with glass in it is another story!. I was doing it as a counter piece at first jarhead, but thought stuff it, wonder if I can make it run, going to be hard finding how to do the downcomers and such, very small!!.

the nice thing about your column is it should take, oh, 5 minutes to stabilize ...
But keep working on it ... lol ... imagine if it works even adequate ... great "learner" column idea. If it does not, then meh, it is only a few bucks

I walk around bare foot to belly

. It's a copper plate rock, thought about using a coin when I was doing it, don't have any Pennies here, a 5c coin is nearly the right size though.
