Any good recipies for cream base

Hi all,
I purchased a Spirits unlim***** caramello 50ml essence bottle without reading the requirements. To my disappointment latter found out that the all ready expensive bottle required a cream liqueur base that was even more expensive than the essence.
So I was wondering if there is any one out there with a good cream base recipe.
