I was wondering what the best procedure for cleaning stainless steel boiler and column that im going to use copper packing in? Also was wondering if i should follow the procedure for boiling the still with vinegar and water and if ill have to boil it again with water to remove any vinegar flavor.
I was wondering if i should or could/need to use baking soda in my water before adding the vinegar?
Is it necessary to fill the boiler or can i just use a partial charge of water and vin?
I read the post on cleaning but failed to find a section on cleaning stainless steel components or i missed it and thought it would be a good addition to the section
thanks again.

do it the exact same way as in the instructions for copper

I did it with my stainless steel rig, don't forget to check for leaks and that your condensor can cool down those vapours, so do a half charge, and collect a few litres
