So I've come into a shitload of blueberries.... as not to offend the brandy connoisseurs, would it be best just to squash these up, maybe add some EC-1118 and let it finish? Or would you fruit stillers suggest another method.....i'm primarily wanting flavor at 40-60%.
Any input will be appreciated!
