If one uses extract to make alcoholic beer....wwwwwwhy not use it for whiskey again? I'm still lost on that one.
It's not like you use it as sugar, I would imagine one still has to boil the water/extract for 60minutes min. for conversion.
Right?
(yeah, I don't like brewing all-grain beer either....heating and boiling 5 gallons on an electric stove isn't easy)
