Making my first Neutral

[New to distilling]

Hi Folks'
I have been making a neutral with the turbo yeast and sugar wash, I am very,very inexperienced in using grains/corn (never done it). I want to be able to make a fairly decent neutral with no funky smells, I am interested in making a run using Molasis or Potatoes as these are the easiest for me to get. Does anyone know of an easy receipe to get me started? and able to point me in the right direction and in what order I should be reading these index's to learn this craft? .
