I grew a bit of sweet sorghum this summer and after a good harvest, I have 100K of the sorghum seed. There are very light in color and have an extremely mild flavor unlike the red sorghum I get for bird feed.
Are there any Africans out there who make opaque sorghum beer? I think the malting method used might be a head start for me to get started making sorghum spirits.
