liquid enzymes

Liquid enzymes are the shit :thumbup: I'm on my first mash with them and so far the results are awesome I am using corn, I went with my usual 2 lbs per gallon and I'm ending up around 10.5 to 11% potential, have you guys use them What did you use them for and how did they work for u. I got the mash kit from artisan resources, and I'd also like to point out that my mashing process is not a perfect science for all I know I'm using 11 pounds per gallon but this 11 pounds per gallon is still better than my last 11 pounds per gallon :D :lolno:

Woodshed do you recommend watering down a little for the yeasts?

Good on ya. HB, absolutely. Deliriously happy yeast are the only good yeast.
