New to the forum

Hello all,
I'm new to the forum. My name is Bob and here's a little about myself:
- I live in Colorado Springs, CO for now. I'm in the US Navy and move a lot.
- I've been a brewer for over 7 years and wanted to try something new. I really think I'm going to like distilling.
- I want to focus primarily on single malt whiskeys and bourbons
- I plan to buy a 13 gal still soon and hoping I can use some of my brew setup to help.
- I joined this forum because my only experience in distilling comes from a 1 day course at downslope distilling in Denver (http://www.downslopedistilling.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" rel="nofollow). Awesome people to learn from and I'm hoping I can keep learning from you all through these forums.

Welcome to HD, glad you liked the school as recently we have had reports on some distilling schools that have fallen well below members expectations.
