Hello everyone,
I am real new to this site and forums in general, however, I am not new the practice of distilling and brewing. I have been working in a distillery for about a year now but, in that year I have learned a ton. My background in brewing is about 7 years with two of those working in a craft brewery. My goal on this forum is to participate in discussions and conversations pertaining to the art and research of distilling. I am an avid researcher and have a plethora of knowledge that I would love to share, as well as gain some new knowledge as well. I am also well versed in the legalities of distilling and what it takes to start your own and making a business out of it.
