15 gallon stock pot "Head" Question

Hey there guys. I'm looking into buying a 15 gallon Stainless steel stock pot as my main boiler....next I'll have the Stainless steel bowl on top of it.
My question is what size copper pipe should I use coming from the bowl to the condenser coil?
I'm planning on a good old "Pot still" setup.
Currently I'm using a 5 gallon setup and I have 1'' copper pipe coming up from the boiler to the condenser coil.
