stripping run ABV

Hi All,
I just done 6 batches of stripping run (first time ever), for my grapes wash (wine ?). It is 100% grapes, no added sugar or nutrition, just a little bit of wine yeast an that's it.
The wine was about 10%-11% ABV.
The stripping run started at about 60% ABV. is it normal ? should it be higher ?
Another question is - when to stop.
I read a lot about it, some stop at 20%, some stop at 10 or even 8%.
Well, I stopped at about 6%, because it still had good fruity smell, which I don't want to lose for the final drink. there was no cloudiness, but there was a little bit of thin film which looked like tiny crystals.
Is that seems OK ?
Since it is my first time, I have no idea what it should be like...
Anyway, I got 27 liters of 32% ABV low wines, and still counting
Thanks !
